You show up daily
We meet seven days a week, one to two hours, with a daily check-in seven days a week. Consistency is the work — there are no days off from it.
How the program runs →Peer-led · Men only · 3–6 month commitment
A peer-led recovery, mentorship, and personal development program for men working through PTSD, mental-health challenges, and active addiction.
We are not a clinical or licensed treatment facility. We're men who've stood where you're standing — walking alongside other men, every day, for as long as it takes. A three-to-six-month commitment.
If this sounds familiar
None of that disqualifies you. It's the reason this exists.
How the work runs
We meet seven days a week, one to two hours, with a daily check-in seven days a week. Consistency is the work — there are no days off from it.
How the program runs →Mentorship is one-on-one. It goes after the root-cause trauma underneath the behavior, and toward the life you actually want to build.
Why we do it this way →Completion is your three-to-six-month commitment plus four milestones — vision, root-cause work, accountability, and carrying it into daily life.
What completion takes →The standards behind the work
A program is only as good as its honesty. Ours is built to stand up to scrutiny — from his family, from the people who love him, from the man himself.
We never call ourselves something we're not. We're not a clinical or licensed treatment facility, and we say so plainly — that honesty is exactly what makes our word reliable when it counts.
Every session, every daily check-in, and every screening is kept in a written record from a man's first day forward.
Instant 12-panel screenings are presumptive; any positive goes to a certified lab for confirmation, and our decisions follow the lab-confirmed result — never the instant test alone.
Completion takes your three-to-six-month commitment, daily participation, and four personal-development milestones assessed by your mentor. There's no shortcut through it.
The brotherhood
No one here is talking down from a credential. Every man in this room has done the work he's asking you to do. That's what makes it honest — and that's what makes it hold.
From the Founder
"I'm not here to manage you. I'm here to stand next to you while you do the hardest work of your life — and to tell you the truth the whole way through."
