What we can document — and what we can't.
This program reports honestly on what its own records show, and nothing more. That honesty is the point.
The Foundry Society is a peer-led recovery, mentorship, and personal development program. It is not a clinical or licensed treatment facility, and program staff are not licensed clinicians. Every document we provide is based on direct observation and the program's contemporaneous written records, and is offered for whatever weight the court chooses to give it.
What we can provide
- A Program Participation Verification Letter, signed by the Founder.
- An attendance summary — sessions and daily check-ins, from program records.
- The Drug Screening Log — every instant 12-panel screening, with dates and results.
- Lab confirmation results, where applicable, for any presumptive positive sent to a certified laboratory.
- A Letter of Program Completion once the six-month minimum and the program's milestones are met.
What we cannot provide
- Clinical evaluations or assessments.
- Diagnoses or prognoses.
- Certified treatment records.
- Anything requiring a licensed clinician.
- Predictions of future behavior or guarantees of any outcome.
About the screening
Instant 12-panel urine screenings are presumptive. Any presumptive positive is sent to a certified laboratory for confirmation, and program action is based on the lab-confirmed result. The log records each screening date, the substances screened, the instant-test result, the lab-confirmation result where applicable, and a reference to a corresponding photograph of the collection event.
Requesting documentation
Counsel or the court may request documentation directly from the program. Please allow at least five (5) business days so records can be prepared accurately. Where a participation letter is prepared for submission, our practice is to send it to the participant's attorney for review before it goes to any court.
